Ki Ingersol

Ki Ingersol works in the areas of corporate law, finance and mergers and acquisitions. Mr. Ingersol formerly worked in the San Francisco Office of the Colmen Group and the Sacramento Office of First National Bank of Nebraska. Mr. Ingersol was instrumental in the consolidation of a number of video game software development companies.

Mr. Ingersol was also the founder of Hostcentric, a consolidation of web hosting companies, and served on its Board of Directors from its inception until its acquisition by a publicly traded web hosting company.

Additionally, Mr. Ingersol has practiced in the corporate finance, securities and mergers & acquisitions groups of the law firms Gaw Van Male, Morrison & Foerster, Sonnenschein Nath & Rosenthal, and Jackson Tufts Cole & Black. Mr. Ingersol also served as Counsel for Xing Technology Corporation, a pioneer in the field of internet audio and video streaming technology. In this capacity, he helped align the company for acquisition by RealNetworks. Mr. Ingersol is a graduate of Harvard College and Harvard Law School, and earned an MBA from the Anderson School of Management at UCLA.
