CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER'S MESSAGE

Welcome to JJ Pharma, Inc.! JJ Pharma, Inc. is a newly formed California Corporation in its first round of financing. The company has successfully completed an early closing of escrow of $2.5 million and continues to raise funds to reach the goal of $4.5 million. I am one of the co-founders of JJ Pharma. My career accomplishments include the following:

Co-founding Amgen, Inc. in 1980 - the world's largest biotech company.

Managing a team at Bristol-Myers Squibb that invented Amoxicillin and Cefradroxil, the world's best selling antibiotics, as well as establishing their anti-cancer business.

Founding SuperGen, Inc. in 1991, a public company with over $350 million of raised capital.

I hold 60+ patents on inventions, including biodegradeable detergent and Polaroid film that develops in 10-seconds, as well as numerous drug patents. I won the Commonwealth Award for Invention for saving the Great Lakes.

It is management's fervent hope that JJ Pharma, Inc. will become a dominant force in the heart disease area and will save many lives. Our goal is to improve the lives of countless people and as investors we believe that you can participate and share in that dream as it becomes a reality. We have initiated preliminary toxicology studies on our lead compounds JJP-10 and JJP-11 and hope to be in human trials sometime in 2009.
